Eligibility: Kings County residents who are on the verge of getting their electric or gas utilities shut off. Section 8 may disqualify applicants unless they have disabilities or other outlying circumstances.
Requirements: Disconnect notice, proof of income, last 2 rent receipts, picture ID for all adults in household and proof of everyone else in household, including any children.
