• Description: Due to precautionary measures in addressing the Coronavirus 19 (COVID-19) outbreak. It is highly recommened if you are feeling mildly ill to stay home, avoid public areas, and avoid public transportation.All senior centers are closed until further notice. Will be delivering meals to senior homes twice a week.Provides senior citizens an outreach program with the goal of providing information on community services that are available to them. Outreach can be in the form of house visits if the senior is not able to leave the home.
