- Description: Due to precautionary measures in addressing the Coronavirus 19 (COVID-19) outbreak. It is highly recommended if you are feeling mildly ill to stay home, avoid public areas, and avoid public transportation.This is a periodic wellness assessment program for children on Medi-Cal (birth up to the age of 21) or income based (birth up to the age of 19). This program provides check-ups and linkages for additional services including dental, vision/hearing, and behavioral services.
