- Description: The Senior Corps RSVP (Retired and Senior Volunteer Program) is a national service program for individuals 55 years old or older. The program leverages the skills, experience, and expertise of active older adults to meet critical community needs. The program provides safe engaging volunteer placements to individuals 55 years old or older. Research has shown that volunteering helps prevent senior isolation and depression, and is good for mental and physical health.
