CHILD HEALTH AND DISABILITY PREVENTION, AVENAL MEDICAL CLINIC

Description: Provides health check-ups for children that qualify. If further medical, dental, or mental health services are needed, the program will help locate the services available. Babies and toddlers (birth through 3 years) can receive up to 10 regular well-baby visits. School age children may receive three check-ups between 4-12 years of age. Teenagers and young adults can be seen twice between 13 through 20 years of age.
