Description: COVID-19 stay at home orders have highlighted the digital divide for people wid disabilities and older adults including access to technology, broadband, and training and technical assistance on how to use technology. Teleliving services include remote access to independant living services, long term services and supports, healthcare, and other essential services. In order to assist consumers with increased access to information and services. RICV will provide laptops or tablets, assistance with internet connectivity, and training and technical assistance.This program is designed to meet an un-met need for individuals who cannot access or afford technology to access essential services remotely. All other resources should be explored before making a referral such as if a person is already conneccted to a program that provides financial support to acquire these types of services.

Eligibility: - A person with a disability and/or have a chronic health condition that puts you at higher risk for complications related to COVID-19- Self isolating or self quarantined- Is the item you need to access essential services remotely? (tablet, laptop, internet?)- If you have access to technology but cannot afford to access internet
