    Provides a comprehensive one-stop service center for veterans. Offers support services and case management to veterans and their families experiencing homelessness. Assists with filing for veteran benefits and disability claims via a licensed Veteran Services Officer. Also offers homeless veteran outreach and wraparound supportive services. Provides wheelchairs and medical aids/appliances to veterans and veteran families. Also assists with healthcare information, resources, and therapeutic programs needed to heal the body and mind by offering one-on-one assistance with VA Healthcare enrollment and distributing pertinent information.

    Services are available through walk-in, and do not require appointments. These services include:

    • Housing Assistance
    • Benefit Assistance
    • Medical equipment and mobility devices

    Please note: Veterans Connection is available during Public Safety Power Shutoffs (PSPS) and disasters.
