• Requirements: -Proof of Simi Valley connection -Proof of residency can include: bills sent to a prior Simi Valley address, ID has a Simi Address, pay stub/ place of employment in Simi Valley, born in Simi Valley (birth certificate), OR has/have gone to school in Simi Valley. Client must be able to present verification in order to make an appointment with a caseworker.
