2.Total income for all persons in household meets the income guidelines listed on the website.
Eligibility for Medical Baseline Allowance: Someone in household must be seriously disabled, have a life-threatening medical condition, requires more heat in winter due to a serious health condition or to prevent deterioration of the individual's medical condition.
