• Description: Provides equine assisted psychotherapy to military personnel and their family members. Also offers assistance to at-risk youth. Equine therapy is a short-term experiential therapy that develops resiliency and adaptability to civilian life.
  
  There is no riding. The horses are co-therapists that offer a healing presence and mirror their clients. Equine sessions develop coping skills for:
  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
  • Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
  • Anger
  • Depression
  • Addiction
  • Grief
