- Eligibility: -Child must be 3 to 4 years of age -For full-day programs, parent(s) must be working, seeking employment, attending vocational training, or attending school full time. -Priority is given to low-income families, however, families with children with disabilities can apply regardless of income.
- Requirements: -Child's birth certificate, - Child's immunization record, - For expectant mothers, proof of pregnancy with expected date of delivery, - Proof of family gross annual income (most current income tax ) or for the last 12 months, and -Current Notice of Action of CalWorks Cash Assistance (if applicable).
