Offers financial assistance to adults with no dependent children who are residents of Ventura County and have no other means of support. Eligible adults may receive direct payments up to $310 to their landlords and/or utility companies. General Relief payments are considered a loan and must be repaid.

Eligibility: -Must be a resident of Ventura County between 18 and 64 years of age with no dependent children.
-Must be actively seeking employment if you are able to work.
-Incomes must be within allowable limits, with property value not to exceed $1,000, and available cash on hand and in saving accounts not to exceed $100.
