Description: Provides transportation to individuals who need assistance getting to and from medical appointments. Driver provides help to individuals with physical or mental disability who cannot get to appointments on their own. Utilizes specialized vehicles such as ambulance, litter van, wheelchair van, or air transport.
During a PSPS event services will operate as normal
Eligibility: Must be a Medi-Cal covered Gold Coast Health Plan member.
Must need transportation to a Medi-Cal covered appointment. Call Member Services to verify covered services.
