  Offers a 18-bed shelter housing program for adults who struggle with mental illness and homelessness. Services include case management, individual and group counseling, and substance abuse recovery support. Case management provides resources for housing, psychiatric referrals, health navigation, and more. Also helps qualifying individuals with financial assistance to maintain or get housing. Helps clients complete a health assessment and get cleared of Tuberculosis. Also connects them with a Primary Care Physician.

• Eligibility: Must be an Adult 18 years of age and older. Must be referred by a behavioral health entity, and have a mental health challenge, and be seeking mental health treatment or services if not already engaged in services. Clients must also have a negative Covid-19 result prior to entry.
