  Assesses the safety of the home and installs weatherization measures to reduce energy consumption in the home. Provides information on energy-efficiency and conservation practices Services may include:

  • Home Assessment & Diagnostic testing.
  • Repair or replace broken windows & glass.
  • Repair or replacement of nonfunctioning or hazardous water heaters, furnaces, and stoves.
  • Provide or replace microwave.
  • Replacement of stoves, clothes washer and dryer.
  • Installation of energy-efficient LED light bulbs and LED Torchiere Lamps.
  • Weatherstripping doors and windows.
  • Installation of low-flow shower heads & faucet aerators.
  • Installation of carbon monoxide detectors and smoke alarms.
  • Other Limited home repairs.
