  Provides Enhanced Care Management, which is comprehensive care management from a single lead care manager who coordinates all health and health-related care, including physical, mental, and dental care, and social services. Also coordinates client transportation for health care appointments.

  Provides certified alcohol and drug counselors embedded in emergency departments throughout Ventura County who can assist patients with navigation to appropriate levels of care for Substance-Use Disorder/Serious Mental Illness treatment programs, providers, and community support services.
