Description: Offers education, health, dental, mental health, special needs, nutrition and social services support to children and families.Program options available: Early Head Start Center Base: 6 weeks to 36 months. Serving infants and toddlers in the licensed child care setting. Parent/Guardian must have need for child care. Early Head Start Home Visitation: Birth to 36 months and Pregnant Mothers. Weekly home visits with itinerant Head Start Teacher. Head Start Preschool: 3 (on or before 12/1/22) to 5 years of age. Eligibility: Free to income-qualifying Yolo County families. Requirements: - Child's proof of age- Proof of Yolo County residence: Utility Bill, Rental Agreement, or current Mortgage Bill- Proof of family income or public assistance- Proof of health insurance- Immunization card and TB clearance- Birth Certificate for all children residing in the household
