Support groups offer peer support, advice, and encouragement.Support Groups offered include:Caregiver Support Group: Offers caregiver support for those caring for someone with Alzheimer's Disease, Parkinson's Disease, and other brain impairments. Co-sponsored by the Alzheimer's Association.Women Spouses Caregiver Support Group: Offers a support group specifically for women caring for their spouses.Multiple Sclerosis Support Group: Offers support, information, education, and support to those living with multiple sclerosis. In partnership with Northern California Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.Stroke Survivors Support Group: Offers resources and activities to support those who have experienced a stroke.Baby & Me: New & New Again Parents Meet-Up: Offers the opportunity for new parents to meet and learn from others for parenting support.
