Description: Provides weatherization services for eligible households, helping to make the home more energy-efficient. Weatherization services may include: Heating and gas appliance safety and efficiency inspection. Possible repair or replacement of existing systems. On-site home inspection to determine energy losses. In-house crew implementation for installation of energy conservation and heat loss measures. Post-work inspection of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 1 pm for walk-ins. Staff are available in the afternoon if needed until 4:30 pm.
Eligibility: Program is available to income qualifying households.
Requirements: Income verification from every adult member in the home; current month's electric & gas bills; homeowner authorization for the weatherization services.
