  • Description: The California Children's Services (CCS) Program is California's medical program for treating children diagnosed with certain physically disabling medical conditions. CCS is a statewide program that arranges, directs, and pays for medical care, equipment, and rehabilitation when these services are authorized by the program. The CCS MTP provides free occupational and physical therapy services to children (birth to 21 years) with certain long-term neurologic or orthopedic disabilities.
