• Description: Offer a variety of services to treat multiple substance use disorders (SUDs), including OUD (opioid use disorder), AUD (alcohol use disorder), and StUD (stimulant use disorder).Services may include:Access to medications for addiction treatment (including Naltrexone, Vivitrol, and Suboxone)Screening appointments to enroll in county-funded servicesWeekly in-person substance use disorder groups, counseling, and care coordinationSubstance use education in English and SpanishGuidance and support from a Peer Advocate or SUD Navigator with lived experienceEvidence-based treatments for stimulant use (incentives)Outpatient Substance Use Treatments:Offers outpatient substance use disorder services in Woodland and West Sacramento for adults and adolescents. Also offer specialized outpatient services for dually diagnosed adults, pregnant and/or parenting mothers, and for individuals who need medication assistance to stop opiate and alcohol use
