• Description: Provides rapid rehousing assistance for at-risk/homeless former foster youths ages 18-24. The client must be a Yolo County resident.Provides a supplement of supportive services for clients including but not limited to assistance with securing permanent housing, financial literacy, mentoring, application fees, credit repair, and resolving barriers to obtain permanent housing.
