Eligibility: Yolo County residents. PG&E REACH Criteria and Guidelines:-Customer must have a residential account in the name of an adult living in the household-Customer must not have received REACH assistance within the past 12 months -Customer income must not exceed the REACH income guidelines, which are currently 200% above the Federal Poverty Guidelines. The same income guidelines are used for the CARE program.-Customer must have received either a 15-day or a 48-hour disconnection notice Income Limits (guidelines effective as of May 31, 2025):1 or 2 people in family/household: $40,880 per year3 persons in family/household: $51,640 per year or less4 persons in family/household: $62,400 per year or less5 persons in family/household: $73,160 per year or less6 persons in family/household: $83,920 per year or less7 persons in family/household: $94,680 per year or less8 persons in family/household: $105,440 per year ore lessFor families/households with more than 8 persons, add $10,760 for each additional person.
