Eligibility: Low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women (up to 12 months postpartum), infants, and children until the age of 5. Including foster children, children living with single fathers, or other primary caregivers. A family will auto-qualify if they have Medi-cal, CalFresh, or CalWORKS.Families who do not have Medi-cal, CalFresh, or CalWORKS may qualify based on household size and gross income (185% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines). Immigration status is not considered when determining WIC eligibility.Income-Based Eligibility Guidelines (valid 4/1/24 - 6/30/25):Household size of 1: monthly income of $2,322; annual income of $27,861Household size of 2: monthly income of $3,152; annual income of $37,814Household size of 3: monthly income of $3,981; annual income of $47,767Household size of 4: monthly income of $4,810; annual income of $57,720Household size of 5: monthly income of $5,640; annual income of $67,673Household size of 6: monthly income of $6,469; annual income of $77,626Household size of 7: monthly income of $7,299; annual income of $87,579Household size of 8: monthly income of $8,128; annual income of $97,532Add $830 for each additional person in the household. Requirements: For certification appointments you are required to bring:- Proof of household gross income- Proof of current address- Identification for the person being certified (license, IZ card, birth certificate, etc) and- The person being certified must attend the appointmentIf you receive Medi-Cal you may bring that card as proof of income eligibility.
