Description: CommuniCare's Perinatal Behavioral Health Services offer pregnancy and postpartum wellness care.Programs Offered: Maternal Mental Health - In-Home Therapy Caregivers In-home, in-clinical, or telehealth support is available for persons experiencing depression anxiety, or other emotional symptoms during pregnancy or up to five years after giving birth. Program includes 10-15 sessions with a behavioral health clinician, and you do not need to receive primary or perinatal medical care through CommuniCare or carry health insurance. Maternal mental health services are free of charge. The Child Project - Road to Resilience Program (R2R) Free support services to pregnant persons and families with infants under 12 months old. Journey HOME (Healing through Outpatient treatment & Maternal Education) is an outpatient program for women and children that includes individual and group therapy along with education and support for issues related to parenting, relationships, trauma-recovery, and relapse prevention.
