Eligibility: Waitlist is ranked by preferences listed below. The preferences claimed are verified during the eligibility certification process when applicants reach the top of the waitlist:- V = Veteran of the US Armed Forces discharged with honors, or the surviving spouse. Must show the DD-214 form with an honorable discharge. - L = Local. The applicant lives or works in Yolo county. Must provide a copy of the lease or PG&E bill showing their name and a Yolo county address, or check stubs to demonstrate they work in Yolo county.- WED = Working, or Elderly, or Permanently Disabled. Must show proof of employment or unemployment benefits for six consecutive months, or proof of age 62 or older, or verification of permanent disability such as SSI benefits or a letter from their doctor certifying the applicant's permanent disability.- D = Displaced by government action through no-fault of their own. Must provide the letter issued by the government entity that asked them to move out of their unit, and the reason for the displacement (such as displacement due to easement rights, or any other reason that was not caused by the applicant).
