• Description: Wildlife Care Association (WCA) is a non-profit, independent, volunteer-based association in Sacramento that rescues and rehabilitates injured and orphaned wild animals. Also dedicated to educating the public about local wildlife, wildlife habitats, ecology, biology and much more. Programs include: Found Animal: information for if an orphaned or injured animal is found Wildlife Education with WCA: outreach and education presentations Volunteer Information: volunteers must be at least 16 years old to volunteer at the facility, and at least 18 years old to handle the animals in care
