Issues HERA can assist with include: Illegal Rent Increases Habitability Problems Harassment Disability and Other DiscriminationAlso assists tenants with debt issues such as student loan debt, automobile debt, credit card debt, or other debts, that make it hard for them to keep up with their rent. Assists tenants with working on correcting credit reporting errors and educating them on how to improve credit, and what their fair housing rights are.
