Description: Provides affordable housing to people with a severe mental illness. Supportive housing provideshelpful services to individuals who have a major mental illness, such as schizophrenia and bi-polar illness.Residents receive support in order to assist them in developing the coping skills and independent living skills which are needed to remain in independent housing, remain stable with their mental health symptoms and avoid involuntary psychiatric hospitalization.Cooperative living opportunities are provided through six independent houses located in Davis and Woodland, New Dimensions Apartments and the Homestead Cooperative program.PLEASE NOTE: The Referral Form is NOT an application for any of the apartment properties listed, but is the primary step for consideration.
