May refer individuals to a variety of services, including but not limited to information on housing, transportation, home modification services, food services, chaplaincy services, legal services, and more.- Relationships Through Support Groups: Offers a range of support groups for seniors and their caregivers.- Education Hub: Provides older adults with accessible tools and support to older adults. - Volunteer Opportunities
