ADULT CHEMICAL DEPENDENCY INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT PROGRAM (CDIOP), FREMONT HOSPITAL

Description: Offers patient counseling sessions, sobriety-based recovery groups, and ongoing education. Most participants attend treatment sessions on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday for three hours in the evening, for 10 to 16 weeks. During participation in this program, patients are introduced to several types of treatment. Services provided including:
- Biopsychosocial Model of Recovery
- Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT)
- Structured journaling
- Family program
- Support systems
