Description: Offers a wide range of support services for young adults ages 18-24. These adults have significant mental health disabilities and are underserved by current system. Services provided include:
mental health services
medication support
vocational support
employment support
skills building and educational
Note: To ensure continued health and safety of participants, families, and staff, we continue to take COVID-related precautions by conducting health screenings prior to in-person contact, offering telehealth as an option, and following CDC guidance around masking.
Eligibility: Young adults ages 18 through 24 living in North and Central Alameda County, who are grappling with the challenges of unstable housing as well as symptoms of severe and persistent mental illness; substance abuse; low self-esteem; limited social and anger management skills; high risk for exposure to HIV and other STD infections; and have experienced a high rate of violent-crime victimization and school failure.
