Description: Provides pre-scheduled, door-to-door ADA van services. For people who are ambulatory and for those who use wheelchairs. Offers the ADA guarantees people with disabilities equal access to public transportation. Public transportation providers cannot refuse service to those with disabilities.
Please note: Offers van services during Public Safety Power Shutoffs (PSPS) and disasters. Services are available if power is turned off in this facility.
Eligibility: Must be unable to use Muni's accessible buses, trains, or streetcars some or all of the time, without the aid of another person and be determined ADA-eligible. Passenger must have a temporary or permanent disability. Application requires signature from healthcare provider.
