Description: Makes special wishes come true for individuals 50+ living in Contra Costa County who have a chronic or life-threatening illness certified by a physician. Wishes are granted with the intention of bringing joy to the senior. Maximum amount of wish is $1200 and wishes include but are not limited to vacation trips, anniversary or birthday dinners, family gatherings and home repairs which make home more accessible and comfortable. The Board of Directors of the organization will be the final authority on wishes granted.
