Description: Provides services that include residential support in the community and day programs to people with developmental disabilities, age 18+ including licensed group homes in Pleasant Hill and Walnut Creek, supported and independent living services to residents in apartments and homes in Central and East Contra Costa, and a vocational and developmental day program. Also provides various employment opportunities and job search assistance.
