Description: Programs that specialize in providing therapeutic interventions that utilize classical and operant conditioning techniques including positive and negative reinforcement, systematic desensitization, covert sensitization, relaxation training and aversion techniques to reduce or eliminate maladaptive behavior.
Eligibility: Age 3-20, psychiatric hospitalization in past 24 months or current behaviors put participant at risk for hospitalization, or participant previously received therapeutic behavioral services. Must be referred by primary mental health provider and approved by Contra Costa County Behavioral Health.
