Provides gang prevention, intervention, and rehabilitation programs. Provides job training, employment placement, youth activities, and mentoring. Offers referrals to housing, healthcare, education, substance abuse counseling, and anger management services.
Eligibility for Services:
Must reside within the City of Fresno.
Must have a direct tie to a gang (validated, associate or "wanna-be") and desire to voluntarily leave the gang lifestyle.
Identify as a Human Trafficking victim.
Cannot have pending warrants and/or court cases.
Cannot be a registered sex offender nor have disqualifying offenses as determined by VICS.
They also offer the following programs :
Tattoo Removal Program: In collaboration with EOC , VICS enrolled participants that show sincere commitment to changing their lives can recieve treatment to remove tats in exchange for performing community service.

Hispanics Residents Academy : Provides primarily spanish speaking residents resources and how the Fresno Police Department works.
