• Description: Prison Families Aftercare provides counseling to both child and adult family members of prisoners. They also connect families of prisoners to a host of resources to help meet basic needs like food, job placement and healthcare.Prison Families Aftercare host a bi- monthly resource fair called Project Greenlight at Parkside Church in Auburn. It takes place on odd months from 1-4pm.
