Services include: 24/7 crisis hotline Emergency shelter Emergency transportation Transitional housing Crisis intervention counseling Advocacy Support groups Assistance with obtaining protective orders Court/mediation supportEmpower Tehama is part of the CSEC (Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children) Task Force and Tehama SART (Sexual Assault Response Team).Gladly accepts donations of: Hygiene products (wash cloths, toothpaste, shampoo, toilet paper, etc.) Monetary donations via Empower Tehama website: empowertehama.org/donate.
Eligibility: Open to individuals of all genders, age, race, religions, and LGBTQ+ identities wanting information or assistance with issues of domestic violence, sexual assault, or human trafficking-Accepts clients residing outside Tehama County only under certain circumstances (such as if the shelter in that county is full) - need referral from that county shelter
