Description: Offers a variety of transportation services depending on need and eligibility. Services include:Door-to-door on-demand transportation service for anyone in need on a Sunday. Serves Redding and surrounding areas. (See service map on website). Children ages 12 and under must have an adult to accompany them. Rides are available 6:30am-7:30pm. To schedule a ride, call Dispatch or download the ShastaConnect app on Android or iPhone. Some buses have bike racks - please ask if needed. Fees are set to be very similar to local bus transit fees but are subject to change. Door-to-door on-demand transportation for seniors (ages 60+) and adults with disabilities (18+). Rides can be for any reason and are available Mon-Fri, 8am-3:30pm. Dispatch hours are 7:30am-4pm. Fees are set to be very similar to local transit fees but are subject to change. All vehicles are wheelchair accessible for all the listed services. May provide transportation during a Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) event. Serves those needing transportation to a location powered by electricity or a generator. This service is only available when PG&E requests it.
