Services include: Shasta Connect: Door-to-door on-demand transportation service for anyone in need of a ride on a Sunday. Serves Redding and surrounding areas. (See service map on website). Children ages 12 and under must have an adult to accompany them. Rides are available 6:30am-7:30pm. To schedule a ride, call Dispatch or download the ShastaConnect app on Android or iPhone. Some buses have bike racks - please ask if needed. This service is free as of 6/1/22, but subject to change.Monday - Friday Transportation: Door-to-door on-demand transportation for seniors (ages 60+) and adults with disabilities (18+). Please note: Hours may vary based on the area - contact for details.All vehicles are wheelchair accessible for all the listed services.For those affected by a Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) event, may provide transportation. Offering to those who have no other means of transportation to a location powered by electricity or a generator. This service is only available when PG&E requests it.
