• Description: Provides local support to adults following a mental health crisis, or preventing a mental health crisis. Serves as a social rehabilitation facility that averts the need for hospitalization. This is a voluntary program (up to 30 days) that helps with: Stabilization Prevention of future crises Development of a plan for the futureServices include daily groups focused on: Wellness and recovery Coping skills Medication treatment Education Daily living activities Peer support Other topics as needed

• Eligibility: -Adults (ages 18 and up) with mental health issues who are on the verge of or just experienced a mental health crisis-Need referral from Shasta County Mental Health Outpatient, medical provider, or case worker-Must be ambulatory and medically self-sufficient (due to Community Care Licensing restrictions)
