• Eligibility: -Current PG&E customers whose utilities were shut-off or are facing shut-off with notice-Must meet low-income guidelines-Must have an eligible Energy Emergency-Must be a residential single-family home or apartment-Account must be in the name of an adult living at the residence-Total account balance must be at least $100 ($50 if 62+)-The past due balance can be no more than $2,000-Must not be in payment plan
