Eligibility: - Parents: 18 years and older, Children: 18 years and younger, Must live within the coverage-area listed below, At least one person in the home must be employed at least 32 hours a week for a minimum of 90 days prior to application, Must have full-time custody of at least one minor dependent child; Must not be on parole, have any felony convictions, or use drugs and alcohol; Must have enough income to pay rent and other regular household expenses
