Description: Provides a rental subsidy for eligible senior mobile homeowners with low-income and senior veterans living in the City of Fullerton. The program provides monthly rental assistance for one year with a proposed one-year renewal (subject to funding availability).
Hours: 7:00 am-5:30 pm Monday-Thursday; 8:00 am-5:00 pm Every other Friday
Eligibility: - 55 years and older; Open to individuals who own a mobile home and have low-income, or are a veteran; Must be a Fullerton resident; Must be paying 30% of their monthly rent
Requirements: Proof of residence, Birth Certificate, Government-Issued Picture ID, Social Security Card, Tenant-Based Rental Assistance Program (TBRA) application form, Self-certification of Lawful Presence in the United States Form, Valid Passport, Verification of Income (three recent consecutive checking/savings account statements, four recent consecutive check stubs, 2018 tax return, retirement/pension account statements, most recent Social Security Benefit Statement, etc.), Copy of signed Lease Agreement, Verification of current rent, Copy of Veteran's DD214
