Eligibility: - 18 years and older, Household income less than $64,000 in 2023
Requirements: Photo identification; Social Security Card or Individual TaxpayerIdentification Number (ITIN); Letter for all individuals listed on the returnW-2s, 1099s and all other income-related documents for 2023; Form 1095-A, B or C health insurance coverage statement for state return; All 1098-T and E forms for education expenses; Childcare provider name, address, phone number and Tax ID Number; For joint returns, both spouses must be present to sign the required forms; Account number for direct deposit refund; Copy of last year's tax return
