Description: Offers suicide survivor support services and refers individuals with suicide risk to the following programs: Individual/Family Counseling for children, teens, and adults who have had a suicide attempt or ideation Group Counseling for individuals who have survived a suicide attempt Individual/Group Counseling for caregivers of survivors of suicide attempts and/or people experiencing suicidal thoughts Specialized outpatient counseling program for patients discharged from Orange County Hospitals, Emergency Departments, and/or Crisis Stabilization Units
