• Description: Provides groups, classes, and resources to individuals to help them achieve their own vision of recovery. The program is peer-run with individuals with lived-in experience, with mental illness and/or substance use, and are working towards recovery. Services include: Arts and crafts Yoga Positive thinking Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA) Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) Social hour Community integration groups Bowling Nature hikes Walkabout trips to museums, gardens, and a few of the excursions offered at the center
