Allows community members to come and exchange used syringes for free, sterile syringes and a free 'sharps' container for safe disposal. Safepoint Training: Provides free training on how to recognize and respond to an overdose, how to administer nasal Narcan, how to properly administer any subcutaneous or intramuscular injections, and how to prevent an overdose.
