Description: Volunteer Pilot Organization (VPO) that arranges free, non-emergency air transportation for children and adults with serious medical conditions and other compelling needs. Accepts requests from health care professionals such as social workers and physicians.

Medical transport
Special needs camps
Domestic violence relocation
Assistance for military personnel
Blood, organ, and tissue donations
Transplant recipients
Disaster response
Eligibility: Open to all ages, children and adults who can demonstrate a medical, financial, or other compelling reason for why one cannot use public transportation. Patients are required to be ambulatory (able to walk and get in and out of the aircraft with little to no assistance) and must be medically stable.
